Typical artificial grass installations will often have one or more seams. Properly cut, laid and finished, artificial turf grass seams should disappear just like regular carpeting.
Over time – if the grass surfaces experience extreme temperature shifts, or the base material settle, or the product shrinks – you might see a seam after a period of time.
We use our expertise to clean out and reset the seam just as any carpet installer will – it takes time but is possible.
Don’t let a seam show for any length of time as debris can get caught between the pieces making the seam even more evident. Debris can also cause the seam to open up further and weed seed can get stuck in between and germinate.
